Public Solana intelligence

Investigate Solana incidents. Prove every step.

Open a private Case, attach public evidence, and follow independent review to a challengeable public record.

  • Private by default
  • Wallet-signed
  • No custody
Case lifecycleEvidence becomes a public record
Explanatory route
Example step Wallet-signed and server-verified The example continues through independent review quorum, the seven-day challenge window, a Memo anchor that appears only after its transaction confirms, and a SOL transfer that appears only after RPC verification.

Memo and verified SOL labels appear only after their Solana transactions are confirmed.

How OSI works

Four actions. One public trail.

Start private. Publish only after independent review and a challengeable outcome.

Public index

Only real public activity appears.

Empty means empty. OSI never invents a Case, analyst, payment, or proof.

Checking the public Case indexOnly server-approved public fields are requested.
Public RecordsSealed outcomes only

Loading sealed public recordsOpen public Cases and their published Reports live in the Field Office. Private Cases and unpublished Reports stay excluded.

Analyst NetworkAttributable work

Loading public profilesNo wallet identity is invented for this surface.

No custody. Every write keeps its wallet approval. Support never changes review, ranking, or governance.

Public Records

The archive of reviewed outcomes: exact published Case Report versions, published Wire Reports, and Cases that reached resolution or seal. Open investigations stay in the Field Office until they reach an outcome. Each Memo proof links to its Solana mainnet transaction.

Records are process, not verdict. They stay challengeable and promise no legal certainty, recovery or custody.

Reading a record

Memo-anchored on Solana
A confirmed Memo transaction on Solana mainnet. Each card names the event it anchored and links to the transaction.
Wallet-signed and server-verified
The server checked a wallet signature. It is not an on-chain transaction.
Maintainer bootstrap
A labeled cold-start decision while the eligible analyst network is small. It is not independent analyst quorum.
Public analyst roster

Analyst Network

Wallet-linked analysts with server-derived status, attributable contributions, and inspectable proof history. Support never changes ordering, status, or review weight.

Proof Log

Public provenance timeline with explicit labels for wallet signatures, confirmed Memos, verified SOL transfers, system events, and legacy references.

Wallet verified Confirmed Memo Verified SOL Legacy labeled
OSI is informational only. No legal advice. No recovery promise. No custody of funds. Public evidence and analyst reviews can still be challenged.
Command Center

The Field Office

Open cases, trace fund flows, and publish reviewed Solana incident records.

Open intelligence

The Wire

Standalone findings filed by wallet authors. Each version stays private until someone other than its author publishes it after review.

How a Wire Report becomes public

  1. Write privatelyYour exact version and its evidence stay private. One Solana Memo anchors the version hash.
  2. Independent reviewEligible analysts who did not write it review that exact version.
  3. PublicationA confirmed publication Memo makes the public-safe summary readable. While the analyst network is small, a maintainer bootstrap publication is labeled as such.

Maintainer sign in

Either credential alone is denied. Sign in with the authority account to complete the second gate. The server verifies both gates again for every protected operation.

Open Solana Intelligence

Public intelligence that preserves the evidence trail.

OSI turns public Solana evidence into attributable records with immutable versions and a visible challenge window. Each record is reviewed through explicit quorum or a clearly labeled cold-start process, with that path exposed rather than hidden. It shows who acted, what they acted on, and how that action was verified. It does not decide truth, guilt, or legal certainty.

Product boundary

Process integrity, without false authority.

OSI is
  • A public evidence and provenance workspace
  • A review protocol with attributable decisions
  • A challengeable record with immutable versions
  • A non-custodial interface for direct wallet actions
OSI is not
  • A recovery service or private investigator
  • A legal verdict, guilt engine, or enforcement authority
  • A custodian, escrow, or platform balance
  • A guarantee of publication, payment, or fund return

Proof vocabulary

One label for each claim.

OSI keeps wallet approval, confirmed Solana proof, transfer verification, and process status visibly separate.

Off-chain

Wallet signature

Wallet-signed and server-verified. Never labeled on-chain.

On-chain

Confirmed Memo

Memo-anchored on Solana only after the exact transaction confirms.

Transfer

Verified SOL

Shown only after the intended System Program transfer is confirmed.

Record

Process state

Provenance records an action. It is not a truth or legal verdict.

Analyst authority

Verify an OSI analyst credential on Solana.

The Solana Attestation Service credential confirms that one wallet currently has OSI review authority under OSI's exact credential, schema, and issuer. It is not KYC, proof of a person's identity, an endorsement, or proof that a review is correct.

Tier and on-chain review authority are separate. A probationary analyst can hold a current SAS credential. The tier sets the weight of a review, and a review counts only while the credential is current.

Credential name OSI_VERIFIED_ANALYST

What the badge means
  • The public verifier confirmed a current credential for this exact wallet.
  • The answer is tied to the pasted wallet and OSI's on-chain SAS configuration.
  • A missing, expired, invalid, or unavailable credential never earns a badge.
  • Review authority is separate from truth, correctness, identity, or legal certainty.
Public wallet verifier

No wallet connection is needed. OSI shows only the answer from its public verifier.

Protocol principles

Built to preserve disagreement and history.

01

Private by default

New Cases and pending evidence stay outside public projections until an authorized transition opens them.

02

Exact versions

Reports and reviews bind to immutable content versions. Revision adds history instead of erasing it.

03

Independent authority

Ownership, analyst eligibility, and maintainer authority remain separate. One role cannot silently replace another.

04

Challengeable outcomes

Published process records retain review, challenge, correction, and proof history for public inspection.
